FEC (Far East Consortium International Ltd) and Coplan Estates have entered into a partnership with Haringey Council and are proud to be responsible for the restoration of the iconic Grade II* Listed Hornsey Town Hall, Crouch End. The multi-million pound investment will see the Town Hall undergo complete restoration and refurbishment to deliver a new arts centre, hotel, café and restaurants, new homes and an improved town square.
This renovation will restore the historic Town Hall to its former splendor and deliver a sustainable future for this iconic building at the heart of the community. It will cement Crouch End's reputation as a creative, cultural and community centre.
We have hosted a series of community engagement sessions and are keeping the website up-to-date with all the latest news, updates and information about the project. The planning application was submitted to Haringey Council for consideration in late July 2017. You can get in touch with us using the contact details at the foot of this page.
