Based in London; FEC (Far East Consortium International Ltd) opened its UK operation in 2011 with a desire to create high quality residential developments and hotels across London, the South East and core cities in the UK. We have a proven, forty-year track record which has resulted in the development of over 200 million sq. ft. of residential and hotel space throughout the Asia-Pacific region and we are delighted to bring our expertise to the UK, creating vibrant places for people to live, work and play.
In London, we have successfully converted the Shepherd's Bush Pavilion into a four-star, 320 room hotel with associated leisure and retail facilities. Grade II listed and originally constructed as a cinema, the conversion and revitalisation of the building preserves the Pavilions external civic character by retaining the key architectural features of the building and recreating the original architectural volumes with more transparent materials to enclose the upper hotel rooms.

Coplan is a private limited company owned by six directors and formed in 2006. The principal area of business is mixed use investment and development within the M25 and regional towns in the South East.
The founding directors have used their experience at Coplan and before that as directors of St Modwen Properties to source and deliver large-scale mixed use regeneration projects on land/investments already under control or in partnership with local authorities. The focus is on Town Centre schemes where mixes can include leisure, retail, hotel, residential (sales and PRS) and medical/D1 occupiers.
